My conducting repertoire includes standard works for chamber and large symphony orchestras as well as numerous world and local premieres of works by living composers. I have experience conducting ensembles from youth to professional orchestras both in the US and in Europe. As a conductor I have worked to establish my reputation with all of these ensembles as someone who excels in a wide variety of repertoire, respects the orchestra’s time and talents by knowing the score and using rehearsal time efficiently, and creating a fun and inspiring working environment where musicians feel their ideas and input are valued. I believe this dedication to artistic excellence and desire to create a memorable experience for the audience is audible in my performances. Click here to see more about my work with Black Pearl.
